Introduction
Below is what I know so far and most represents what I take today (I
don't have the age or chronic conditions so don't need everything
below). Take with a diet high in quality proteins (oily fish,
mackeral/salmon/etc & turkey) & quality fats (macademia nut
oil, advocado, estate bottled virgin olive oil). This is written by a
male (me) but suitable for women.
Typically take 5,6,7 days, I do believe in rest from supplements a
least one day a week though that may be a false premise (I do get a
rest from the huge number of pills though, so there may be
psychological benefit !). Reduce dose if at home and less active and
out of Sun. Increase antioxidants when you're ill (or at night when
drunk, seriously, you'll be surprised how much better you feel).
Read the labels, know what you're taking and why, feel the benefits or
stop taking. One day you'll be able to get a profile and you'll get a
list of optimal things to consume, but not yet. In the mean time get
used to taking a lot of pills or don't. Oh, and there are more, but I
concede that there is a limit even I will take.
Bottom line is, YOU are responsible for your health and well-being not
your doctor, TV or even your best friends and advisors, they're just
facilitators. If you have health condition/ailments and don't know
everything about them, and I mean bleeding edge knowledge, then refer
yourself to Darwin. I tend to find a huge amount of disinterest &
reluctance towards supplementation which gets worse the older the
person, it's a choice.
Generally in order of importance, so use that + affordability + pill
overload + ailments to prioritise. If you have questions, you may ask.

Collagen/MSM/Chondroitin/Glucosamine (in order of effectiveness)
High doses when your joints feel painful, inflamed & inflexible,
best taken when active, otherwise for repair/upkeep when you're not
active - but get get active as soon as, it improves utilisation.
Collagen: http://www.buycosmetics.com/store/detail.asp?producttypeid=992
Good for your joints but you'll see your face/skin soften too,
particularly if your fine blood supply is being trashed by smoking.
Glucosamine & MSM+:
http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.asp?xs=E714AC0ECE824C1D9B75F998FB415BB9&PID=163&np=1
Note the white willow (precursor to aspirin), ingredients may initially
upset your stomach until you adapt which is probably why ginger is
there, and they taste awful, but reduces inflammation while you heal.
Glucosamine & Chondroitin

Others:
Once a year and at times of peak exercise:
http://www.ripfast.com/files/intelRange/testoIntelSS1.php
Will make you feel a little more aggressive, so beware. Smartdrugs will
help you recognise this !
Todo list:
SAMe (for joints, mood, brain)
Smartdrugs
DMAE, helps concentration, memory, ability to focus without distraction
(specifically)
http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.asp?xs=E714AC0ECE824C1D9B75F998FB415BB9&PID=76&np=1
One in morning with GH7 above. If you want extra concentration in
afternoon take another 2pm-4pm.
Deprenyl, antiaging for the brain, improve memory, extends longevity of
feel good hormones in the brain, a mild nervous system stimulant,
you'll be more optimistic and less
irritable too. MAO-B inhibitor. MAO's basically overdo destruction of
brain hormones as you get older, that and the natural reduction in
brain receptors and it's no wonder you don't feel
excitement/exhilaration as you used to.
http://www.qhi.co.uk/ky.asp?i=Deprenyl
5 mg on Monday & Thursday's (you need no more than 1.5mg a day for
the maintenance dose but it's slow acting allowing the higher dose to
be
taken less frequently and work just as well. You'll notice results
approx 3 weeks from start, quite subtle). Try and minimise cured foods,
and check your blood pressure regularly, something you should do anyway
(get the wrist monitor from argos.co.uk).
Others on the todo list:
Hydergine, SAMe & Piracetam (from QHI) looks interesting, done the
research, waiting, thinking.
Antiaging for face & skin
Focus on face as this takes the most Sun damage then use on any area
with blemishes or wrinkles. Apply first, allow for initial absorption,
use mixed (PO2) or pure, then wet hands
with water and gently blend into wherever the cream has been applied.
Wait for further absorption, then apply water again. This will 'pull'
moisture into the skin using the characteristics of PO2.
PO2 Oxygen Cream
http://www.oxygencreams.co.uk/contour.htm
Ignore the description, women might want to try the visage version as
it's half strength and will allow time for the skin to adapt.
Use as accelerant and blend sparingly with all other creams you might
use. Use in tiny spots for blemishes/age spots/warts.
This may feel odd at first as your skin gets used to the idea of water
& oxygen again (as it used to !). Use whilst on good antioxidant
program as it relies on the body's reaction to generate said Oxygen
& Water. Skin will go pale and then return to colour. Will bleach
skin over time (and hair if it touches it) so if you're attached to a
deep skin tan you'll need Melanin or some other tanning cream/activity.
Ageless skin or deep tan, you might be able to have both, but you might
not.
DMAE/Collagen Cream
http://www.puritan.com/pages/file.asp?xs=E714AC0ECE824C1D9B75F998FB415BB9&PID=4443&np=1
Blend with PO2, tightens the skin.
Principal Secret Advanced Continuous Moisture
http://www.principalsecret.com http://www.principalsecret.co.uk/
Good moisturiser with sun protection & hyaluronic acid. Use
infrequently or if you're spending time outside.
Blend with PO2 & DMAE.
Squaline IP6/Vitamin E
As above. Prick capsule with pin and spread sparingly. Particularly
effective when used with PO2 as it will accelerate absorption of these
oily antioxidants. Use in morning and/or night.
